The City of Brisbane held a Scoping Meeting on May 9, 2023 at 7:00 pm in the Community Meeting Room at the Brisbane City Hall located at 50 Park Place, Brisbane, CA 94005 to solicit input from the public and agencies on specific topics they believe should be addressed in the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Brisbane Baylands Specific Plan. The draft Baylands Specific Plan prepared by the property owner (Baylands Development Inc. - BDI) has been submitted to the City of Brisbane and may be viewed on the Brisbane Baylands Draft Specific Plan page.  Hard copies of the draft specific plan are available for review at City Hall and Brisbane Library.  Note: this plan is the applicant’s proposal.  The community will have the opportunity to weigh in on the plan and related Environmental Impact Report (EIR) through a public review process.
