It is our goal to serve the community of Brisbane by providing timely and complete emergency preparedness information.  We hope this information will help guide you in preparing yourself and your loved ones should an emergency situation ever arise in our city.

As a first step, please make sure you are signed up for SMC Alert, the City's and County's emergency alert notification system.

Secondly, know your zone.  First responders will often refer to a region's zone when an evacuation is ordered; these zones will also be used in press releases.  See the map below to note which zone you're located in.
