DTSC-Approved Feasibility Study/Remedial Action Plan

The DTSC-approved Feasibility Study/Remedial Action Plan (FS/RAP) for the northern, San Mateo County, 35-acre portion of the Brisbane Baylands, under DTSC (Department of Toxic Substances Control) oversight, is available for review on DTSC’s public-facing portal, EnviroStor. You can access the document online by searching Site code 41490037 from envirostor.dtsc.ca.gov/public. From the Summary page, hit the Activities link and you’ll see the link for the FS/RAP. If you prefer to view the documents via hardcopy, a bin has been brought to City Hall and placed in the large conference room. Please come during open hours if you’d like to view them: M, Tu, Th: 9-4, W: 9-7, F: 9-1. 
 
The draft FS/RAP went out for public comment from November 16, 2020 to February 15, 2021. DTSC approved the Plan in October 2021. The developer and their consultant are currently preparing the Remedial Design Implementation Plan and submittal to DTSC is expected sometime in 2022.
