Tunnel Ave. Temporary Lane Closures starting Mid-August for Caltrain Electrification Project

Caltrain was to begin its Bridge Barrier installation work in Brisbane on August 1st but has decided to push the work out to August 19th. When work starts, there will be temporary lane closures of the eastbound and westbound lanes of the Tunnel Ave. Bridge crossing. This temporary lane closure is required due to construction equipment and crews conducting Bridge Barrier installation work on the Tunnel Avenue bridge crossing. Only one side of Tunnel Ave will be closed at a time. Note: this work should not be very noisy, comparatively to previous potholing or foundation work along the tracks.
