Archive Room

Former History Room Project Assistant Caroline Yee did a magnificent job organizing the City's Archive Room.

Did you know the City of Brisbane has an Archive Room located upstairs in City Hall? Many of the items that used to be stored at the Brisbane Library, such as bound copies of the Brisbane Bee, have been moved to this room for safe-keeping, along with many other artifacts and documents. You can search the full catalog here. We recommended looking at the 'Item No. Sort' tab and using 'Ctrl + F' to best find the item you're searching for.
