This project consists of a new mixed-use building within the NCRO-2 Neighborhood Commercial- Downtown Brisbane zoning district. The 29-ft tall, two-story building would contain a single-family dwelling with attached accessory dwelling unit above and behind a 734 sq ft storefront and three-car private parking garage. The site is currently developed with a one-story commercial structure.
NCRO-2 District regulations require a use permit for mixed-use development and a design permit for any new principal structure in the District.
Status Updates
The Planning Commission approved the project following a public hearing on May 25, 2023, adopting a revised resolution on June 8, 2023. The approval is effective for two years following exhaustion of the 15-day appeal period.
