Code Enforcement

Code enforcement protects the community’s health, safety, and welfare through enforcement of land use regulations and building codes.  The City’s goal is to correct code violations through voluntary cooperation, which is administered by our Code Enforcement Officer, Wil Munoz.  

If you want to file a code complaint involving private property, please complete this Code Violation Complaint Form. 

Once submitted, the complaint will be transmitted to the City's Code Enforcement Officer for follow-up.  Note: all complaints are confidential.  Likewise, specific actions on a code enforcement case are also confidential.

If you have complaint regarding work being done on City-owned property, please contact the Public Works Department at (415) 508-2130.  You may also submit service requests via My Brisbane.

For after-hours complaints, such as night-time noise, call the 24/7 Non-Emergency Police Dispatch Line at (415) 467-1212.
