First Public Hearing for the Establishment of Objective Design & Development Standards for Housing Development Projects

Thank you to everyone who weighed in on both residential design preference surveys conducted earlier this year (January/February & July/August), as well as left their comments on the display boards at the farmers' market in August and later that month at the Brisbane Library.

The City's consultant working on this project, Good City Co., will be proposing amendments to Title 17 of the City's Municipal Code based off of that feedback and to achieve consistency with housing-related state legislation passed in 2017 and after.  See the full Notice of Public Hearing here, or the PDF file below.

You are encouraged to submit comments in writing prior to the meeting by 5pm on October 28, 2021. Public comments received by this deadline will be provided to the Planning Commission and incorporated into the record of the agenda item.
