2023 Revised Notice of EIR Preparation Responses

The Revised Notice of Preparation of an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was noticed April 25, 2023, for the Brisbane Baylands Specific Plan.

A Scoping Meeting to solicit input from public agencies, organizations, and members of the public regarding the scope and content of the EIR was held on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at City Hall, 50 Park Place, Brisbane. The meeting recording can be found here.  Click here for the presentation slides.
