Berth Information

The Brisbane Marina has 580 berths ranging in size from 30 to 66 feet and a 270’ Guest Dock. We may be able to accommodate vessels up to 100 feet.

Application is available as a PDF at the bottom of the page. Please provide your completed application form, $25 non-refundable application fee, and required documentation to the marina office BEFORE your boat arrives at the Marina. The application must be approved by the Harbormaster before your arrival. Please allow at least 2 weeks from the time of receiving your full application for the office to review and approve.

Required documentation:

1. Completed and signed application form
2. Survey (no older than 12 months) from accredited marine surveyor if the vessel is 15 years old or older
3. Evidence of $300,000 liability insurance naming The City of Brisbane Marina as an additional insured
4. A copy of your current California Registration or Coast Guard Documentation
5. A current photo of the vessel
6. Proof of land residency (a utility or phone bill in your name showing a residential street address)
7. Copy of driver's license or passport
8. Copy of most recent pay stub

Any exceptions to the above must be approved by the Harbormaster.

Berths are assigned based on the total length of your boat, which includes anchors, outboard motors, swim steps, dinghies, bowsprits, davits, etc. Your boat must fit completely within the berth, with no overhang onto the dock or into the fairway.

Berth rent is $8.67 to $9.52 per foot. Electricity is a combination of 110 and 220 volt, 30—50 amp twist lock ground fault electrical and varies by dock and slip. Electricity is charged at the rate of $0.014 per kilowatt hour.

Inside ties are available for smaller boats for $7.67 per foot, but do not include access to water and electricity.

Berth availability changes often.

The Brisbane Marina consists of all concrete docks and breakwater. Fairways are two times wider than the longest slip.

Move In Costs:

1. Application fee of $25 (non-refundable)
2. Security deposit equal to one month’s rent
3. Gate key deposit of $30 per key (refundable upon return)
4. Berth rent for current month (pro-rated if applicable)
5. Berth rent for coming month
