Workshop 1 - Program Kickoff:
Held April 9, 2019 1:00 - 2:30 PM at Mission Blue Center, this workshop introduced the concept of a benchmarking and auditing ordinance and included an interactive activity to explore values, challenges, and best practices.

Held June 12, 2019 6:00 - 7:30 PM at the DoubleTree Hotel, this workshop included a presentation on the hotel’s prior energy audit and upgrades. Stakeholders discussed their experience with benchmarking and explored program thresholds to promote better performing buildings.

Ordinance Draft Study Session:
On August 29, 2019 12:30-2:30 PM, a study session of City Council Economic Development Subcommittee, Open Space and Ecology Committee members and city staff reviewed the draft ordinance and discussed challenges related to tenant-owned buildings.
