DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
Development and design standards and regulations for the MLB district must be established by a use permit.
PARKING
Parking standards for uses in the MLB district are established by a use permit; refer to the parking regulations set forth in BMC Chapter 17.34.
SIGNS
Any on-site sign displayed on the outside of any vessel, or any sign displayed on the hull or sails of a sailboat, provided that the sails are designed, and are being used, primarily for the propulsion of the sailboat are permitted.
- No off-site sign may be displayed on the outside of any vessel located or traveling upon any waters within the MLB district (BMC §17.24.060).
***All permitted advertising signs in the MLB shall comply with the sign regulations set forth in BMC Chapter 17.36.***
