PERFORMANCE STANDARDS 

All permitted uses in the TC-2 commercial district must be within a building, except for limited outside storage of vehicles and equipment related to the interior use.

All uses in the TC-2 shall comply with the parking regulations set forth in BMC Chapter 17.34.

All advertising signs in the TC-2 shall comply with the sign regulations set forth in BMC Chapter 17.36.
