- Short-term rentals (STRs) may be allowed only in SFD with an STR operating permit
- No design review for SFDs

All uses in the R-2 shall comply with the parking regulations set forth in BMC Chapter 17.34. See §17.34.020.B.1. regarding garage and carport exclusions from the calculation of floor area for parking requirements.
